Create cards/packages for patients
HEAL for Health Ontario is offering two exciting volunteer opportunities that can be done remotely! Hospital Municipal Frances' NICU and Pediatric Department, a hospital located in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, is in need of resources for the betterment of young patients' wellbeing during long term care. You can create a personalized care package filled with toys for these patients; every purchased toy will earn you one service hour. Alternatively, you can also create a fun activity sheet which will be added to a Kid's activity book for the hospital; each activity sheet will earn you one service hour.

HEAL for NCDs
The manifestation of NCD's like heart disease, cancers, and diabetes can be ameliorated through early detection and proper education. In rural communities, HEAL organizes cancer screening camps, conducts educational workshops, and fosters a safe environment to discuss the serious ramifications of such diseases. Additionally, we organize teleOPDs (mobile clinics) in urban and rural slums by partnering with physicians and local hospitals.

HEAL for Her
Aims to break the stigma around female reproductive health, menstruation & ailments through organizing screening camps and teleOPDs, providing educational resources for early detection, holding menstruation drives, and collaborating with local hospitals to provide proper pre-, post-, and neo-natal care for families.

HEAL for Vitals
Organizing teleOPDs where adequate medical apparatus is available to measure vitals and provide medical advice to those in need
Holding educational workshops to raise awareness on repercussions of neglecting health and importance of healthy lifestyles for cardiovascular health etc.
Health Education & Literacy for monitoring vitals such as respiration rate, pulse rate, and blood pressure.

SHE (Social Health Entrepreneurs) HEALS
Aims to micro-incubate local women entrepreneurs - Social Health Entrepreneurs - in their communities and provide the health education and training required for them to become fully financially independent. Providing them with diagnostic tools they can use in their locality with a fee per test at their discretion.
