HEAL was created by high school students with a vision to give back to the overlapping communities they are a part of, be it through health education, donation, and service. Ambitious leaders can apply to found their very own local HEAL chapters -- or partake in HEAL local volunteer opportunities -- , allowing them to gain leadership experience and spread the HEAL footprint worldwide.
Our MISSION
Through education and literacy, HEAL is committed to reducing health disparities between rural and urban areas in an effort to bring us closer to a world with health equity. Whether it's workshops, webinars, screening camps, or programs, community outreach and collaboration is always the focus of our work. We strive to establish a culture of health and wellness: where prevention is prioritized and rural access to healthcare is augmented.
